LOCKETT, David William

Born January 13th, 1924, died January 7th, 2017.
David is enjoying JAZZ time in Heaven with Benny Goodman, Peter Appleyard (both of whom he met personally), Oscar Peterson and many other greats of that following and JAZZ era.
David leaves behind his wife of seventy-two years, Reta Therese Traynor, his children, Georgia, Mary and Howard and their families, his grandchildren, Sean, Michele, Michael, Shanna and Christopher and their families, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and nephews (especially Bill and Dave Chambers) and their families. In keeping with David's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Memorial donations made to UHKF - Providence Care Unit, Suite 4-55 Rideau Street, Kingston, Ontario, K7K 2Z8, would be appreciated by the family.
